We receive your wedding details and contact information, then get back to you about the next steps. Access arrangements are shared during that exchange; immediate activation is not promised.

No. A presentation with our team is optional. It is a chance to ask questions, but applying for pilot access does not require an appointment.

No. Guests open the link you share in their browser, on a phone, tablet or computer. There is no app to download.

You share your invitation and wedding information. Guests can answer the questionnaire and contribute memories through the spaces you make available to them.

Arrange a phone call or use paper to share the information and collect their reply. A digital tool does not replace that personal contact.

Access depends on the links you share and the spaces concerned. Only share your links with invited people, and contact us if you have a concern about access.
